Submitting an application through FastLoan does not guarantee loan approval. Lending partners make their own credit decisions based on their underwriting criteria. We cannot guarantee any specific loan terms, rates, or approval.

6. Credit Inquiries

When you check your rate on FastLoan, we perform a "soft" credit inquiry that does not affect your credit score. However, if you proceed with a formal loan application with one of our lending partners, they may perform a "hard" credit inquiry, which could affect your credit score.

7. Fees

FastLoan does not charge borrowers any fees for using our loan matching service. However, lending partners may charge origination fees, closing costs, or other fees associated with their loans. Review all loan terms carefully before accepting any offer.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

FastLoan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed $100.
